Following a decade at Bookatable, one of the most successful restaurant marketing organisations in Europe, Gaby honed her skills in a small, independent agency, launching and co-directing SALT Restaurant Marketing. A successful four years there saw her build on her already extensive knowledge and gain valuable experience with high-end clients.
