Stefano Camplone is a well known name in the restaurant scene. A young, driven yet very calm under pressure chef that has honed his skills in kitchens like Roganic, Pachamama and Neo Bistro.
Currently head chef at Barge East, Stefano is also the creative mind behind his extremely popular supper club series, Edit Pop Up.
His style is an ever evolving combination of traditional recipes cooked with his Mum in Pescara, (Abruzzo’s largest city with some of the longest urban beaches on the Adriatic coast of Italy), the experience gained working in some of the best contemporary London kitchens and an insatiable desire to experiment with local, very often foraged, food.
Stefano’s next series of events will take place at his home in Hackney Wick on 4th, 11th and 18th October.
A truly culinary journey that will see an impressive eight-course menu, inclusive of paired wines, focused on low food waste, local foraging (the Lea Valley and Hackney Marshes a stone’s throw away from the chef’s home) and local British produce.
The three events fall on Friday, offering the guests a special way to begin the weekend. A gift bag stocked with homemade pastries crafted by the chef, jam, and limoncello will make a delightful treat to wake up to the next morning!
The event series are exclusive to mastercard® card holders as part of Priceless® Cities; there are only 6 seats available on each date and are bookable via this dedicated link.
