Galleria – Seafood Bar

Gianluca Tozzi worked all across Europe as a chef before settling in St Leonards-On-Sea, where he met Jack, who has a background in graphic art and design and who is responsible for the interior concept and front of house management. Together they dreamed about opening a local restaurant, which became a reality in 2020 in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. They opened Galleria's doors in August 2020.

Seb Lyall

Today we have caught up with Seb Lyall, founder of Lollipop, a hospitality group specialised in immersive entertainment, and the person behind some of the world's most interactive experiences. Chelsea Funhouse, three floors of food, drink and entertainment in a 19th century Renaissance Revival building on King’s Road, opened its door mid October. Journey (Restaurant), The Bletchley and Chelsea Black are housed at this funhouse.
