Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen
Zoe Adjonyoh is a chef and a food writer bringing West Africa food to the masses in the form of exciting pop-ups, collaborative residencies in south east London and a debut cookbook that is bubbling with authentic Ghanaian recipes and vibrant flavours. Gaby and the team at The Pass are excited to be working with Zoe on an ongoing consultation basis.

Together Festival is an intimate three-day music festival organised by the charity organisation Awamu.
All profits are donated to Awamu as part of their ongoing support to vulnerable children and women in Uganda.
Hello Darling is one of London’s most eclectic restaurants serving a mix of seasonal sharing dishes and botanical cocktails. The kitchen is led by Masterchef 2011 Winner, Natalie Coleman.

Consultation, digital check-up and ad hoc projects for Michelin starred Céleste and Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough. Gaby has developed a close working relationship with the in-house team offering a focused, yet affable approach to the delivery of additional digital exposure for the F&B areas.

The Water House Project
Consultation and digital check-up for Chef Gabriel Waterhouse, formerly of 1 Michelin-starred Gavin La Chapelle and three times Michelin starred chef Herbert Berger at Innholders Hall. Gabriel runs his incredibly popular and distinctive supper clubs in Bethnal Green, East London.

The Pass worked on brand design for Chapter One, an independent community pub based on London Road in Bath. Our creative director came up with a logo design that plays on the name of the pub, along with design for all their stationary and menus.
ZELA is an acclaimed restaurant, the home of the Japanese Mediterranean cuisine; a fusion of Mediterranean products and traditional Japanese cuisine techniques. The Pass curates and manages bespoke digital campaigns for the venue.
