RAW | Fish & Cocktails
Two chic seafood restaurants, cocktail bars and fishmongers changing the dining scene in East and Central London. With the first venue set in the heart of Brick Lane, and a second one, opening on 17th May, on Great Portland Street, Fitzrovia, RAW restaurants share the same vision – to bring authentic, fresh seafood dishes and crafted cocktails to those in the capital seeking something a little more unique.
The Pass is responsible for all marketing and PR activities, social media, brand and website design.
Wink, headed by London based actor Kyra Williams, is undoubtably one the most creative copywriting agencies currently trading in South East London.
Kyra and her team have been providing us with compelling copywriting for press releases, web and internal communications and exceptional brand tone of voice for new clients’ launches and sales collaterals.
Working with Gaby and The Pass was an absolute joy. She has huge experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and listens to her clients’ needs, understanding exactly what they both want and need in terms of branding, marketing and attracting clientele. Laboratorio Pizza is the restaurant from chef and restaurateur Ivan Simeoli, who has chosen Bricklane as the setting for his informal restaurant inspired by the vibrant food in Napoli.
Simeoli is at the helm in the kitchen and has developed a menu that expresses the flavours of the Napoli palate.
The spirit at Laboratorio Pizza is relaxed and convivial. Informal yet impeccable service is overseen by experienced staff echoing the restaurant’s casual and chic nature.
Gaby and her team will be overseeing all digital marketing activities for the brand and the chef.
Under new management, Park Tavern is an independent pub in the heart of Southfields, London, recently refurbished and lovingly restored.
Serving succulent meat and seasonal produce cooked with South African style over a wood fired braai – all in a relaxing, comfortable family friendly atmosphere.
We are thrilled to be working with the Park Tavern providing an extra layer of digital exposure on an ongoing basis.

Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen
Zoe Adjonyoh is a chef and a food writer bringing West Africa food to the masses in the form of exciting pop-ups, collaborative residencies in south east London and a debut cookbook that is bubbling with authentic Ghanaian recipes and vibrant flavours.
Consultation, digital check-up and ad hoc projects for Michelin starred Céleste and Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough. Gaby has developed a close working relationship with the in-house team offering a focused, yet affable approach to the delivery of additional digital exposure for the F&B areas.

Chef Stefano Camplone and Edit PopUp, a series of London fine dining supper club experiences focused on locally sourced and foraged produce.

The Water House Project
Consultation and digital check-up for Chef Gabriel Waterhouse, formerly of 1 Michelin-starred Gavin La Chapelle and three times Michelin starred chef Herbert Berger at Innholders Hall. Gabriel runs his incredibly popular and distinctive supper clubs in Bethnal Green, East London.

Together Festival is an intimate three-day music festival organised by the charity organisation Awamu.
All profits are donated to Awamu as part of their ongoing support to vulnerable children and women in Uganda.

Gaby has been working alongside Hammer & Tongs’ internal team co-ordinating all digital marketing activities for the venue with the view to secure a higher deliverance of online reservations and increase brand awareness.

The Pass worked on brand design for Chapter One, an independent community pub based on London Road in Bath. Our creative director came up with a logo design that plays on the name of the pub, along with design for all their stationary and menus.
